מֵישָׁן, מֵישוֹןpr. n. (v. מֵישָׁא I) Meshan, Mesene, the island formed by the Euphrates, the Tigris and the Royal Canal. Kil.49b תשעה נטלה מ׳ nine measures (of impudence) M. has carried off.
